Do you have current availability?

My availability changes weekly. The most accurate way to check current openings is through the Online Scheduler.

What if I'm nervous about the first call?

That is completely normal. Our consultation is informal and focused solely on making sure you feel comfortable and informed.

How do I use my PPO insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider. I provide a monthly Superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement. Many clients receive 50–80% of the session fee back depending on their plan.

Is my information private?

Yes. Protecting your privacy is paramount. Communication through our website and client portal is handled through secure, HIPAA-compliant systems.

Are lower-fee therapy options available?

Yes. I have associate therapists who provide lower-fee sessions while receiving ongoing clinical supervision from me. Feel free to reach out if you’d like help finding the best fit for your needs and budget.
