Sometimes, the same argument keeps repeating. Or perhaps you and your partner barely argue anymore, but the distance between you feels even harder to navigate. Trust may have been broken, resentment may be building, or you may simply feel stuck and unsure of what to do next.Therapy can provide a space to better understand what’s happening and begin moving toward meaningful change.
I specialize in working with adults, couples, and teens navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, family conflict, self-esteem, and men’s issues. I have a particular interest and specialization in helping individuals and couples navigate infidelity, betrayal, trust injuries, and relationship dynamics that. contribute to conflict, disconnection, and resentment. Many of the people I work with appear to be managing perfectly well from the outside, while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, frustrated or alone.
My goal is to create a steady, supportive, and honest space where you can speak openly about what you’re experiencing without fear of judgment.
Together, we’ll identify what may be getting in the way of the relationships and life you want and begin developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
I believe many of our current struggles make more sense when we better understand the relationships and experiences that shaped us. In our work together, you can expect warmth, curiosity, and practical, real-world strategies. Ultimately, therapy can help you strengthen your relationships, communicate more effectively, establish healthier boundaries, and move through life with greater confidence and connection.
