If you find yourself overthinking, being hard on yourself, or feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to change, you’re not alone. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and better understand what you’re experiencing.

I work  with teens, college students, and young adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, academic stress, self-criticism, and the challenges that often come with major life transitions. Many of the clients I work with struggle with perfectionism, constant self-questioning or the pressure to have everything figured out while quietly feeling overwhelmed beneath the surface.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and  informed by mindfulness-based and other evidence-based practices tailored to your unique goals. Together, we will explore the deep connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to help you build practical, real-world tools that leave you feeling more steady, self-assured, and in control during life’s most demanding moments.

I also use the Gottman Method to help couples strengthen communication and improve their relationships.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe that meaningful, lasting change can only begin when you feel completely safe, heard, and deeply supported. From that foundation of trust, we will work together to foster the resilience, growth, and self-compassion you deserve to step confidently into your future.
